Shipping policy

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES:

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). After the order is shipped, the delivery time for oxygen concentrator products is usually 5-7 business days. The shipping time for machine parts is usually 7-15 business days. Delivery delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors such as order surges or courier issues. In rare cases, if you do not receive the product within 20 days, please contact support@varoninc.ph, and we will handle it for you immediately.

SHIPPING COST:

Orders with a total of 2999 pesos or more qualify for free shipping; otherwise, we will charge a shipping fee of ₱599.

DELIVERY PLACE:

Countries we currently deliver to: Philippines. We are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes, BFPO, or APO addresses. You need to fill in a real residential address. Warm reminder: Please confirm your delivery address before completing your order. If you need to modify the delivery address due to special circumstances, please send an email to our customer service email within 48 hours after payment, and our customer service staff will follow up promptly.

MODE OF TRANSPORTATION:

We will ship using UPS, USPS, or DHL. During transportation, we insure each order until it reaches you. If your package cannot be delivered, UPS will return it to the shipping address and attempt delivery again the next day (excluding weekends). If no one is at home during delivery, don't worry, you can request to have the package delivered to your local UPS service point. UPS will leave a card detailing the location of your UPS service point. If you have other arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at your doorstep, the package will no longer be insured. If the package is lost or stolen, we will no longer be held responsible.

HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing tracking details so that you can check the order status. The tracking information may be delayed by 48 hours. If you do not receive this information for any reason, please send an email to support@varoninc.ph, and we will update you on the order progress. You can also click here to check your logistics information.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE?

If you find any damage to the package upon signing for it, please send an email to support@varoninc.ph as soon as possible, attaching your order number and photos of the product's condition, and then refuse to accept the package. We will handle these issues according to your specific situation.
