For ultra portability, VL-1 can operate on three power sources: 1. Home AC power; 2. Vehicle DC power; 3. External battery.
When using it on AC/DC power, connect the machine directly to the power source with the corresponding power chord. When using the external battery, simply connect the battery to the machine.
To charge the battery, open the lid of the charging portal on the battery, and connect it to AC/DC power with the corresponding power chord.

Yes, VL-1 comes with the external battery and other accessories in the package list.
You can also buy spare batteries separately in-store for extended use time. We provide two types of batteries for VL-1: 1. default battery of 2500 mAh, sustaining up to 2.5h; 2. extra large battery of 5000 mAh, sustaining up to 5h.
